Valentine’s Day 2021
I’d like to offer a giant thumbs down to decorating for Valentine’s Day. I decorate seasonally. For me, there’s a vibe to every season and pink hearts and naked babies with wings just aren’t the vibe for winter at Haus Honeywood.
I decided to turn my creativity toward the kitchen.
Spreading and celebrating love is important, now more than ever. Celebrate the one you’re with - either your partner, friends, or yourself.
Here are 4 ideas for celebrating Valentine’s Day this year.
1
Dessert Tray & Cocktails
Vodka Cranberry + Cheesecake Bites + Chocolate-Covered Strawberries
2
V-Day Charcuterie Board
3
Gift Baskets
Sex and the City said it best:
“Maybe our girlfriends are our soulmates and guys are just people to have fun with”.
I love this idea of making gifts for friends.
Candy + Bath Bombs + A Plant + Pink Mugs
4
Heart-Shaped Cookies
Traditional Sugar Cookies + Funfetti Icing + Food Color
I took the frosting, separated it into a few bowls, and then added different amounts of food coloring to each.
